Groups of 12 or more seeking reservations for any of our excursions are asked to call the office so we may block off the appropriate number of seats.
Private group events require a minimum of 35 guests.
All of our Grand Bellevue Rail Dining train cars board at Portsmouth Junction Station, One Alexander Road in Portsmouth RI.
Our trains run in all weather. However, should we need to cancel due to extreme weather conditions, we will notify you immediately.
There are no refunds within 7 days of departure. We will try to accommodate a reschedule with a 7-day advanced notice. The rescheduled trip must be within the same calendar year.
Tickets are Non-Refundable within and non-reschedulable 7 days from departure. Groups of 8 or larger require 14 days' notice to cancel, refund, or reschedule. No refunds are offered beyond the cancellation window, with no exceptions.
Weather cancellations are permitted only in a declared state of emergency.
Doors open one hour prior to departure for cocktail reception hour. Passengers should arrive 30 minutes before their trip. Unfortunately we cannot “hold trains” for late passengers due to schedule restraints and inconvenience to other guests.
Passengers understand that this is an adult oriented experince. Guests over 16 only are welcomed onboard and guest under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. No infants or small children are allowed for the Safety of the train crew, surrounding guests, and the child.

Service dogs are permitted onboard by law. Non-service dogs are not permitted and are strictly enforced. Please contact us in advance to verify the information so we may provide the best seating for you, the service dog, and our other passengers. Our Strict Service Animal policy is listed on the TERMS and CONDITONS Page. Guests must Agree To the Terms and Condition prior to purchasing tickets.
We do have bathroom facilities available in each car. There are no Facilities in the Station of Parking Area.
Convenient, free, parking is located past and to the right at our Portsmouth Junction Station. The entrance to our lot will be on your right after you cross over the railroad crossing on Alexander Road. Convenient boarding ramps are easily accessible. Staff members are always ready to greet you and escort you to your seats. Parking information is listed on our Parking Web-Page
This is considered Public transportation under Federal Laws. Smoking of any kind is STRICTLY PROHIBITED on the train or in the boarding area. Please ask a team member for our smokers' outpost locations on the property (for use before and after the train ride) for your convenience. We are happy to help. Our Strict NO Smoking policy is listed on the TERMS and CONDITONS Page. Guests must Agree To the Terms and Condition prior to purchasing tickets.
No. Outside alcohol or food is strictly prohibited onboard.
Unfortunately, we are not. Due to the narrow vestibules and door openings on our historic passenger cars, we cannot accommodate wheelchairs. We can, however, accommodate folding walkers. Passengers must also use low-lying steps to board the train.
By purchasing tickets to one of the Grand Bellevue Rail Dining Experiences, each ticket holder agrees to comply with the following conditions. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in the refusal of passage or removal from the property.

Although we make every endeavor to maintain schedules, days of operations, departures, fares, motive power, and rolling stock are subject to change.
