From Locally Source Ingredients, each morning from scratch, our Culinary Team prepares the menu of the day; cooked right on Board the train in our 800sf stainless steel kitchen, one of the largest on rails across this nation.
Each menu offering is a carefully inspired seasonal dish with a fusion of nostalgia and modern taste.
